Analytic Network Process Model and its Application in Portfolio Analysis of Information System

Based on the methodology of Analytic Network Process, this paper presents a formalized model for projects evaluation and selection in information systems planning. Some basic concepts of the model are discussed firstly, and then the implementation process of the model is outlined and illustrated by performing it to portfolio analyses of information system applications in a real case.
