Analyzing on function and framework of regional logistics information-shared platform based on C-L-G

The construction and management of the regional logistics information-shared platform was complex system engineering. It was involved information transferring and sharing among departments and enterprises. Firstly it was analyzed that the clients, logistics and governments demand of modern logistics information and demand of the regional logistics information-shared platform; basing on this, in addition it was put forward framework of the modern regional logistics information-shared platform. So it was provided a good chance for development of logistics industry, regional logistics and logistics E-government actualizing.
