Fuzzy neural network method for subjective index appraisal

There are two kinds of subjective evaluation in which there are still some problems should be addresed. Firstly, it is hard to exchange subjective data into objective ones. Secondly, the weighting method is not perfect. A synthetic method combining fuzzy controller with ANN is presented in this paper. It is shown that the mechod is of better effect in performance evaluation system.
