Research of Write-back Mechanism Based on Page Priority Strategy

Page Cache is a software mechanism which can balance the difference of data access rate between memory and disk,and it looks like a bridge that connects File System and the basic equipment. For the situation of accident,the mechanism of Page Cache may lose the key data. Based on the research of the mechanism of Page Cache,the concept of priority Page on the Tree structure was proposed,and the priority was determined by the process identifier which called the data. And a new strategy of flushing dirty Page was designed according to different stages of system operation. On the base of keeping the work efficiency of Cache,the data consistency and stability which influences the stable of system could be maintained,so that the reliability of system can be improved. Results show that the scheme can improve the Write-back rate of the key data,and it is superior to the existing strategy that the system guaranteeing the Reliability of system.
