Application of Navigation Database in ITS and LBS

This paper introduced the definition,technical characteristics,key technology and implementation process of navigation database.It also discussed the application of navigation database in ITS and LBS,such as vehicle automatic navigation system,vehicle monitoring and dispatching management system and mobile location services,etc.
