The system uses OMRON CPM1A to transform the double-sided drilling machine.According to double-sided drilling machine electrical control requirements,designed the core of the main PLC control system to solve the traditional low efficiency of double-sided drilling machine,big trouble,maintenance complex,the labor-intensive problems of operator.This paper described the principle of control system hardware and software design in details.
