An Noise Filtering Algorithm of Proctecting Slight Edge

The impulse noise filter is generally based on median filtering and a variety of improvements.,but this kind of algorithm cannot protect effectively to the slight edge . This article uses different methods according to noise from the different region. Uses mean filter for non-edge noise and use minimum value for the edge noise to enhance edges, and to maintain the original value of non-noise region to gain a better filtering effect, and better protect the edge.
