Image recovery based on double fractal codes and adaptive TV model

In order to restore the structure and the detail of the tampered image,an effective scheme is proposed to use the double fractal codes and the adaptive TV model for image recovery.In this paper,it can be iteratively used the fractal decoding of the two different image fractal codes and the adaptive TV model to restore the structure and the detail of the tampered regions.Experimental results show that this method has good restore result in both structure and detail recovery.
