STUDY OF REAL-TIME WATER AND RAIN SITUATION MONITOR SYSTEM BASED ON WEBGIS

This paper presents a new method for real-time water and rain situation monitor for irrigation work system based on Huadou section of Guangzhou city,through joining dbf file of shape with dbase 5,data of water and rain received by telemetering device can be real-time and dynamic reflected on WebGIS platform,including reflected by diagram of curves,this can help manager to analyze the change situation of water and rain,and assistant to make right decision.
