High quality journal mainly consists of the following aspects:stable specific character,higher academic grade,carefully editing and polishing,and the creative external form,namely the contents of the journal should be combined with the form well.The ways creat high quality journal are as follows:forming specific character by the placement of column so as to lay a foundation,working hard on the academic grade,the editing and polishing,cover and layout designs to provide quarantee.
