Research on Blasting Seismic Safety Criterion Based on Wavelet Packets Equivalent Energy Technique

Based on wavelet packets technique and combined with practical engineering projects,a newmethod that wavelet packets equivalent energy,whose weight coefficient employs vibration amplification is taken as the new blasting seismic safety criterion is put forward. The method of equivalent energy proves to be an effective and scientific tool for studying blast seismic effect.
