The Implement and Research of Building Information System Based on Web GIS

There is a topic which we face to be solved urgently is how to carry on the morden informational manage to each kind of system in large-scale building in the unific and valid way, enhance our control efficiency and the ability to process the event arises suddenly. In this paper, we analyzed the current situation in the GIS field, then we discussed how to implement the Web GIS based on component technology MapXtreme2004,and then introduced the design and implementation of the building information system under ASP.NET framework in detail, introduced the process of magnanimous spatial data principally.
