Introduction and Cultivation of New Sweet Corn Cultivars in Zhangshu City

The experiment was conducted with 5 sweet corn varieties with high quality. The results showed that Jinshuai, Wantian2000,Taiwanhuazhen, and Yuetian16 had high yield and resistance, good comprehensive properties, suitable sugar content, and can be used as an excellent new cultivar of sweet corn in local marke. Taiwanhuazhen is a new sweet corn variety with suitable and strong potential for markets in Zhangshu city because of its short plant, early mature, neat grain, good quality.
