This paper mainly introduced the design and structure of scientific project management information system for research institutes based on B/S mode, including the whole process management of project application, approval, implementation, inspection, acceptance and other sectors, and the real-time management of project funds. The system would effectively enhance the management efficiency and informationization level of daily work in research institutes.
