Mechanism of CRM and ERP Integration Based on Intranet

The enterprises should effectively integrate inner resource mainly from ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) with extern resource mainly from CRM (Customer Relation Management) under the environment of information integration. Through deeply analyzing the necessity of integration ERP with CRM, the thesis researched the theories of CRM and ERP integration from enterprises′ key value system level, business management level, and technical level. Through deeply analyzing CRM and ERP integration mechanisms used currently, the mechanism of CRM and ERP integration is put forward based on Intranet which will provide the enterprises with the idea of information sharing. Though the information exchange platform based on the Intranet, enterprise can integrate the outside resource with inside at low cost and high efficiency. It is good to improve the competitive capability of the company.
