The analysis and design about optical fiber communication quality monitor and management system

It is very important that optical communication system needs a quality monitor and management. This paper compared two differet monitor and management systems: OTDR based and PQM based computerized monitor system. Specially to introduce an high speed, high sensitive and optical passive optical electrical sensor PQM based monitor system which used leakage method, and to introduce about the design and application of this system.
