PARTICLE QUASI-ELASTIC KNOCKOUT REACTION

Using the wave function of the independent a particle model the eikonal distorted impulse approximation the quasi-elastic knockout reaction ~(12)C (p, p α) ~8Be at incident energy 100MeV is calculated. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental data. It shows Once more that the indepentent a particle model is reliable.
