Application of Data Warehouse Technology to Power System Equipment

Based on the electric equipment in power system of a prefecture as the research background,on the basis of the original data analysis and reorganization,the paper builds electric equipment data warehouse and constructs multi-dimensional star pattern data cube.Using OLAP technology,from different angles,multilevel fast data analysis and query of the data warehouse,equipment management and scientific prediction and OLAP data warehouse to provide effective decision-making information for the power system management are achieved.
