The electronic file with security classification is characterized by reproduction and modification.How to ensure secure access and share of the electronic file is a prominent problem in management at present.Encryption and security classification identification could ensure that electronic files with different security classification shall be ac-cessed by the user with security level equal to or higher than the security classification of the file.Also, the content and the security classification are unable to be modified.By the method above, the leak of information is prevented, and when the access to the file is in excess of the authority, it is prohibited.According to the technology of transparent encryption based on the file system filter driver, the file is encrypted and the access to it is controlled.At the same time￡the file is approved and the access process is authorized uniformly by the management system.By comprehensive application of the above arguments, the confidentiality, integrality, and consistency of the file could be ensured during the whole life-cycle.
