The paper compares the E-procurement to traditional procurement,describes the basic process and international application of E-procurement,discusses three models of E-procurement and their advantages,disad- vantages and features,and analyses how the different enterprises to choose an E-procurement model according to their scales and purchasing types. At 1ast,the present situation and future of domestic E-procurement are put forward.
