Blind source separation and its development

Blind source separation has common considerable attention from the signal processing community and the neural network community.It is becoming a hot topic.The mathematical principle,basic model and the solution steps of blind source separation are introduced.The mathematical theories and the characteristics of typical algorithms based on the higher-order cumulants and information theoretic criterion are analyzed.Meanwhile,the latest progress and the future further development on the blind source separation are pointed out.
