On Collaborative Relationships in Editing STM Journals

Collaborative relationships between subjects,and subject and object are involved in the editing and publishing of STM Journals,which jointly influence the formation of production process of journal content.From the point of view of editing,this paper analyzes the relation between members within editorial department and that between editors and members outside the editing department,points out the importance of such relations in the editorial work and puts forward some suggestions to enhance these relations.
