Probe into the Quality Standards and Control Methods of Electronic Only Journal

Electronic only journal is a new type of periodical. This paper has discussed the quality standards and control meth- ods of electronic only journal, focusing on the content control. An effective approach to control the content is to get adapted to a specialized, anonymous and external examining system.
