The effects of polymer concentration and molecular weight, salinity, injection rate, permeability and temperature on resistance factor and residual resistance factor with partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide solution flow through cores from thick pay pilot area in Daqing were studied and discussed in detail. The results provided important ba- sis for design and performance of thick pay flooding polymer pilot experiment in Daqing.
