Determination of objective weight in multi-objective decision-making

A reciprocal twodimensional comparison matrix of objective sets is established with nine scales, and a combined method of bothe the squareroot and power is used on this matrix to obtain the objective weight. Finally, the reciprocal twodimensional comparison matrix is tested for its consistency.
