Research and Design of Parallel File System on Cluster Computing

The current research actuality, parallel file access characteristic, need of the parallel file system and parallel I/O on cluster is expounded firstly in the paper. Then a new parallel file system named CLUPFS applied on cluster is introduced. The function and realization of the basic component of CLUPFS is mainly expatiated. At last, the future research work about CLUPFS parallel file system is pointed out.
