Spectrum Sharing Technology in Cognitive Radio

The cognitive radio has the ability for dynamically reusing the idle spectrum resources.An intelligent spectrum sharing system could improve the efficiency of spectrum usage.This paper gives the process of spectrum sharing,and tells of in detail the function and recent research on the related technologies,including spectrum sensing,spectrum allocation,spectrum access and spectrum mobility.The key technology of spectrum management is analyzed.The spectrum pooling strategy,spectrum allocation algorithm and power control are also presented emphatically.
