Research on the Identification of the Variation of Handwriting Habits

The variation of handwriting habits has two forms:patterns and partial performances.It has important influence on the scientific basis and logical relationship of handwriting identification.In this paper,the constitution,characteristics and inner logical bindings of the variation of handwriting habits were discussed.The requirements for the collecting of known handwriting samples with various writing habits,the reasoning of the different characteristics between the questioned and the known and the wording of conclusions were put forward.The research may promote the basic theory of forensic handwriting identification, and also help to avoid making erroneous conclusions due to deficient knowledge of the varation of handwriting habits.
