EEG(Electroencephalography)which is a new medical technology has been generally researched recently,EEG-MUSIC(Multiple Signal Classification)is a spatial source localization method based on EEG,but it can only work in Gauss noises environment.Because noises are pulsing in EEG array processing data, they can be described by α stable distribution. The performance of EEG-RAP(Recursively Applied and Projected)-MUSIC degenerates in α stable distribution environment.A new source localization method which can work in α stable distribution environment is proposed because correlation matrix is replaced by improved Fractional Low Order Momen(tFLOM)matrix in the method.Simulations indicate that the method is robust.
