THE ITERATIVE APPROXIMATION PROBLEM FOR THE FIXED POINTS OF ASYMPTOTICALLY QUASI-NONEXPANSIVE TYPE MAPPINGS IN BANACH SPACES

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the iterative approximation problem of fixed points for the asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive type mapping and asymptotically nonexpansive type mapping T in uniformly convex Banach spaces.By using the norm inequality,without the condition of it is proved that the Ishikawa iterative sequences with errors converge strongly to a fixed point of T.The results improve and extend some results known previously.
