Discussion of Quality Evaluation for Tri-phase Enhancement Liver Transplantation Scan using Multiple Detector Spiral CT

Objective To liver transplantation of CT image were enrolled to be evaluated subjectively and analyzed CT value.Methods Twenty cases of liver transplantation were underwent the Tri-phase Enhancement liver transplantation scan.Results Show no dissatisfied evaluation of all cases to be evaluated subjectively and analyzed CT value.The CT value average increase of hepatic artery,portal vein and inferior vena cava were attained respectively(245±21)Hu、(120±18)Hu、(100±15)Hu,100% satisfaction were found at hepatic artery and hepatic vein,but it is 85% with portal vein.Conclusion Apply prescan and intelligence contrast medium tracking the technique to punctually calculate the deferred time of hepatic artery,portal vein and hepatic vein,to get clear and not untrue 3D blood vessel image via scanning when target vessel contrast medium its peak time.
