A Data Mining Architecture Based on ANN and Genetic Algorithm

Extracting rules from ANN could be applied in the classification problems in data mining. As an effective optimization tool, the genetic algorithm could be applied in rule pruning. A data mining architecture based on ANN and genetic algorithm is given in this paper, and it could be applied in classification problems in data mining.
