Short term observation data forcasting based on Lyapunov exponent

The chaos method is applied to analyze the observation data in time series.According to the observed deformation data and the Lyapunov exponent calculated,the forecasting can be made.The method for determining the delay time lag and embedding dimension in phase space reconstruction of chaotic time series is investigated.The effectiveness of the Lyapunov exponent method is demonstrated by an example.
