With the development of modern science and technology,the malicious registration of Domain Name is increasing. In order to improve and perfect the protection of well-known trademark, we should extend the scope of protection to the virtual world of Network. The cruxes of the settlement of the trouble are the ascertainment of well-known trademark and the judgement of confusion.
