Strategy of Rice Cold Damage Risk Management in Heilongjiang Province

The peasant households and agricultural technicians in four villages,according to their different history growing rice,have been investigated about the rice low-temperature and cold damage as well as the problems of reducing risk by way of examination.On the basis of these,some strategies and suggestions were pointed out for speeding up information spread,rising risk consciousness of peasants and deeply study.
