Study of communication protocols for webGIS model based on SOAP

Aimed at the features of complex objects and massive data transmission,a new SOAP-based method is presented to design and implement communication protocols for WebGIS.With the basic of analyzing process of the SOAP executing,the mechanism of designing communication protocols following SOAP specification is illustrated.At the same time,the implementing method of the model and the technology of the communication based on SOAP is given.Finally,the performance of the model is analyzed.
