Genechip point array machine is an automatic system to finish pointing array on genechip. The motion driven program is the key part to guarantee pointing accurate. Object-oriented technology is applied in many fields. The design and realization process of a driven program are described in which the object-oriented technology is utilized in the driven control of a genechip array machine system. The software was successfully applied in the making of genechips. It has some advantages such as high precision and easily to be operated.
