Review for the Implementation of Intelligent Cutting Database

This paper analyzes the shortcomings and lacks of traditional cutting database system,and the research direction of intelligent cutting database system is proposed according to the existing problems.By the introduction and comparison of existing achievements in this research area,several steps to achieve the system are proposed,some possible implementations and theories are described in detail too.
