Design and Implementation of a Video Mixer in Video Cenferent

On the basis of the characteristic of multiple-video-play in video conference,a method of using handling video code-stream to mix multiple-video is given out and introducd the design and implementation of this method.Through the exercise analyzed the capability of the mixer using this method,the result shows that this method performs better in the application of the micromidi-video conference.
