Design and implementation of an online complaints system based on J2EE platform

In order to enhance corporate image,and then to seize more market,analysis of the design demand to enterprise complaints system online,under the conditions of the effective use of existing enterprise resources,a cross-sectional,cross business online complaints system has been designed.System design is based on J2EE development platform and with the Struts + Spring + JDBC framework.Use mature and stable Oracle 9i as the system's database server. The system has high scalability,is easy to upgrade and maintain. By testing the system functional and performance,validated the online complaints system can completely consistent with the expected requirements.
