Design and Development of Bulk Cargo Port Stacking Slot Distribution Expert System Based on Ontology and JESS

In this paper,in the case of the Guangzhou port group,the largest one in southern China,on the basis of a thorough survey and analysis of the rules for the allocation of stacking slots at the bulk cargo port,in view of the existingproblems and integratingthe ontology and JESS inference engine technology,designed and developed a stacking slot allocation expert system,and then,through adopting the widely compatible three-layered J2EE-MVC architecture,realized the fusion of the ontology with JESS and JAVA.
