On the Ontological Foundation of Scientific Understanding

The ontology has its own process of flourishing and decline when it is taken as the theory responsible for the terminal origin of the cosmos. From the perspective of scientific understanding, the so-called ontological foundation is one kind of Chaos to be understood. It is the unity of the orderly and the unorderly, becoming certainty. The relative issues for scientific understanding can be well solved with illustration of its ontological foundation.
