Research on the Entrepreneur Human Capital and Material Capital Game Model

Enterprise's capital,generally speaking,it's classified as material capital and entrepreneur human capital,in the modern enterprise,the entrepreneur human capital is the most important and the scarcest human capital,For the survival and development of enterprises,it plays a decisive role,the features of its property rights must share control of the remaining enterprises and Residual Claim.Human capital and material capital is the relationship between the economic and scholars has been a hot issue.Based on existing research results,and on using gambling theory tool,this article explored the issue further.
