Systematical scientific efficient appraisal system of teaching quality is important to improve teaching quality management and enhance teaching quality. But the building of this system is quite a sophisticated problem in practice although it is so important in theory. This article thinks it over from the appraisal ideas , motive mechanism , norm system , appraisal institution , appraisal organization and so on.
