Grounding Design of Floating Ground Equipments

Grounding system of floating ground equipments is insulated to ground. There is a problem of poor characteristics for ESD immunity and surge immunity. The problem has resolved by grounding technique of floating ground equipments proposed in this paper. And availability of the grounding technique has been proved by the test.
