Analysis on Running Effect of 110 kV Line Type Lightning Arresters

Being liable to thunderstruck,the 110kV lines were adopted with the compound insulation over-coated metal-oxide arresters.Comparing with the running condition and tripping frequency before and after using them,it has been shown that this line arrester is really possessed of certain lightning protection effect.Some questions and proposals were also put forward.
