REALIZATION OF SST RETRIEVAL FROM MODIS1B DATA USING IDL

Sea surface temperature(SST) is an important parameter in sea environment.Moderate Resolution indicate that this procedure is a fast,real time and automatic way to process the whole process of MODIS1B Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) has a powerful function in exploring sea information.Using Interactive Data Language(IDL),the multichannel split-windows algorithm was programmed to retrieve SST from MODIS1B data,and the SST data were saved in HDF file which can be used in other software.The results data,saving great on human resources and improving the ability to dispatch and share remote sensing product and data.
