Study and Establishment of Sediment Hazard Database

Sediment hazard database is a basic database for sediment hazard estimation and evaluation.Based on the requirement of decision support system for sediment hazard prevention and combining the characteristics of hydrology and sediment of the Yellow River,a sediment hazard database is established.Software packages for hydrology and sedimentation calculations,flood parameters statistics,and figure process are integrated with the sediment hazard database,which forms a database system for decision support system of sediment hazard prevention.
