Research inertia value of Particle Swarm Optimization

It is very important to set the inertia value of Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).By using cloud model X-generator,this paper adaptively adjusts the inertia value of every particles,the range of inertia,and improves PSO.The experimental results with the optimized high-dimensional functions,show that the presented algorithm has the advantages of good global searching ability,convergence speed,accuracy and the stability.
