Study on Internal Control of Professional Farmers Cooperatives

The monitoring mechanism of cooperative on member's company entrance behavior was discussed,the collusion of supervisors and managers was analyzed.The results showed that enhancing the communication channels among members of cooperative can improve the regulatory effect;strengthening the construction of credit system can make ordinary members,operators,regulators pay more attention to the credibility of self-maintenance,reducing management costs of cooperatives.
